Handling of personal information

SUN AROMA CO.,LTD.(“we”) recognize personal information as extremely important and with full responsibility we take appropriate measures to protect it. In order to fulfill this responsibility, We abides by the policy for management and protection of personal information.

  1. Handling of personal information

    We shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws when acquiring, using, providing, and disposing personal information and establish a management system necessary for the protection of personal information and shall properly handle personal information. The internal regulations are established and thoroughly articulated to every member of the company.

  2. Purpose of Use

    We shall provide the customer with elucidation regarding the purpose of use in advance and shall use personal information only for that purpose.

  3. Provision to third parties

    We will not provide personal information provided by customers to third parties except in the following cases.

    1. When the customer’s consent is obtained in advance
    2. When disclosure or provision is required based on laws and regulations
    3. When providing information to our company’s subcontractors and business partners to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use which in this case,We shall take necessary and appropriate supervision measures for the supplier.

  4. Safety Measures

    We shall take necessary and appropriate measures to ensure safety management in order to prevent loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information of our customers.

  5. Disclosure/Correction/Suspension of Use of Personal Information etc.

    When the company receives a request from the customers for themselves for disclosure/correction/suspension of use of personal information, We will respect the intention of the customer and endeavor to respond appropriately and promptly.

  6. Maintenance and Improvement of Personal Information Management System

    We shall continue to provide each member of our company education related to personal information and shall strive to maintain and improve the management system necessary to protect personal information.
